Our work may include publications, essays, newsletters, cultural products, heritage experiences, educational resources, events, workshops, research projects, digital content, public engagement programmes, and related services.

By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and E-book Licensing Policy, and any other policies displayed on the website. Sellers listing e-books through the marketplace are additionally bound by the Author & Publisher Publishing and Distribution Agreement.

You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, publish, display, perform, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

Limited sharing of public links is permitted for non-commercial reference, provided proper credit is given and the content is not misrepresented.

This section does not claim ownership of titles owned by their authors, publishers, or rights holders and sold through the marketplace, or of public-domain works in the free classics library. Ownership of those works stays with their owners, or with the public domain, as the case may be. The reader, delivery, and protection systems that ParibhaAsha builds, including its proprietary reader and delivery technology, are owned by ParibhaAsha and may not be copied, reverse engineered, or interfered with.

ParibhaAsha may offer publications, newsletters, books, paid articles, subscription plans, patronage models, downloadable material, audio content, or other digital resources.

Access to paid content is subject to successful payment and the terms specified at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify publication schedules, formats, themes, pricing, delivery methods, access models, and subscription benefits.

Subscription or patronage benefits may vary depending on the plan, edition, campaign, or offer.

ParibhaAsha operates an e-book marketplace and reader. It includes a library, a free shelf of public-domain classical literature, and public pages for the authors and publishers who sell titles through it. ParibhaAsha publishes some titles itself, produces some titles with their sellers, and lists others supplied in finished form.

E-book purchases are additionally governed by our E-book Licensing Policy (www.paribhaasha.com/ebook-licensing-policy).

ParibhaAsha's free classics library of public-domain classical literature is read without charge and is not affected by this section; e-books sold by third-party authors through ParibhaAsha's marketplace are additionally governed by the Author & Publisher Publishing and Distribution Agreement (www.paribhaasha.com/marketplace-agreement).

ParibhaAsha may organise, curate, list, promote, or collaborate on events, workshops, heritage walks, cultural experiences, exhibitions, learning programmes, and public engagement activities.

By registering for an event, you agree to follow the instructions, safety guidelines, timing, venue rules, photography policies, and conduct requirements shared by ParibhaAsha or its partners.

ParibhaAsha reserves the right to reschedule, modify, relocate, postpone, cancel, or refuse participation in any event due to weather, safety concerns, permissions, operational issues, low registrations, force majeure, or any other valid reason.

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings, health conditions, mobility concerns, travel arrangements, and timely arrival.

Products listed on the website may include publications, books, stationery, souvenirs, cultural merchandise, educational kits, and other curated items.

Product images are for representation purposes. Minor variations in colour, size, texture, finish, print, packaging, or handmade features may occur.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, courier delays, public holidays, weather, or unforeseen operational issues.

Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details. ParibhaAsha will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be revised at any time without prior notice. This does not apply to a purchase you have already paid for: the price shown when you pay is the price you pay. Prices of marketplace titles are set by their sellers within the range ParibhaAsha notifies, and ParibhaAsha does not revise a seller's price without the seller's involvement.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and policies of the relevant payment service provider.

A confirmed order, booking, or subscription is subject to successful payment confirmation.

Users, writers, artists, researchers, photographers, institutions, or contributors may submit content to ParibhaAsha for consideration.

Submission does not guarantee publication, selection, payment, exhibition, promotion, or acceptance.

By submitting content, you confirm that the work is original or you have necessary rights and permissions; the work does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, moral, contractual, or legal rights; and the information provided by you is accurate.

ParibhaAsha may edit, review, reject, curate, publish, archive, promote, or communicate regarding submitted material based on editorial requirements.

Unless a separate agreement is signed, copyright ownership remains with the original creator. However, by submitting content, you grant ParibhaAsha permission to review, display, publish, promote, archive, and communicate the submitted work in connection with the relevant call, publication, event, exhibition, or platform.

Commercial e-book listings by authors selling their own work through ParibhaAsha's marketplace are governed by the separate Author & Publisher Publishing and Distribution Agreement (www.paribhaasha.com/marketplace-agreement), not by this section. The permission in this section excludes marketplace sellers, who contract under that Agreement.

Certain features may require account creation or registration.

You do not need to log in to subscribe to Paricharchā's annual patronage. Where you purchase a subscription without an existing account, an account is registered for you automatically, using the contact details supplied at checkout.

Sellers who list titles on the marketplace receive a seller account with dashboard access to their sales statements and payouts. A seller account requires identity, rights, tax, and payout verification (KYC), and is governed by the Author & Publisher Publishing and Distribution Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

ParibhaAsha reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts in case of misuse, suspicious activity, violation of terms, or legal concerns.

ParibhaAsha may accept sponsorships, advertisements, advertorials, institutional partnerships, or collaborative content.

Acceptance of sponsorship or advertisement does not necessarily imply endorsement of the sponsor's views, products, services, claims, or conduct.

ParibhaAsha reserves editorial and curatorial discretion over all advertisements, sponsor placements, partner listings, and collaborative content.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, updated, and useful. However, cultural, historical, legal, event, pricing, availability, and logistical information may change over time.

The website content is provided for general informational, educational, cultural, and engagement purposes. It should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, investment, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParibhaAsha HeritEdge Lab Private Limited will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

Nothing in this section limits or removes the continuity-of-access commitment in the E-book Licensing Policy, under which a customer who has bought a title keeps access to it after the title is withdrawn from sale.

For titles produced with ParibhaAsha, or supplied in finished form by a seller, ParibhaAsha acts as marketplace operator and distributor. For titles it publishes itself, it acts as publisher.

Sellers own the titles they list and are responsible for their content and rights, as set out in the Author & Publisher Publishing and Distribution Agreement. ParibhaAsha is responsible for the platform, payment processing, delivery, reader support, and for errors introduced by its own production work.

Listing a title is not an endorsement of its content by ParibhaAsha.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParibhaAsha HeritEdge Lab Private Limited, its directors, employees, consultants, partners, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the website, violation of these terms, infringement of rights, or unlawful conduct.

ParibhaAsha will not be liable for delays, non-performance, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, technical failures, cyberattacks, transport disruptions, public emergencies, civil unrest, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website or services if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, engage in unlawful conduct, or cause harm to ParibhaAsha, its users, partners, or systems.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, grievances that remain unresolved through standard support may be escalated to ParibhaAsha's designated Grievance Officer, as set out in Section 12 of the Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy.
